We collect the contact details and project information you choose to send us, limited technical information needed to secure and operate the site, and aggregate business outcomes such as a completed contact request or a confirmed newsletter subscription.

We use that information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, secure the platform, and understand whether the site is producing legitimate business outcomes.

Newsletter and Marketing Email

A newsletter subscription requires an unchecked consent choice and a confirmation of the email address. We record the address, consent time, consent source, confirmation status, and newsletter preference so we can honor that choice. A contact inquiry by itself does not subscribe anyone to marketing email.

After confirmation, we send only an approved useful Shopify note, case study, or campaign, not an automatic timed nurture sequence. Every marketing email includes a preferences link and a one-click unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops marketing email, while necessary project, support, booking, or transactional communication remains separate.

Email Delivery and Suppression

We use Resend to deliver email. We process hard bounces and spam complaints as suppressions so that address is not sent future marketing email. We retain consent and suppression records only as needed to operate the list, honor choices, and meet applicable record keeping obligations.

Analytics and Cookies

Detailed browser analytics and session replay load only after you accept optional analytics cookies. We do not send signed newsletter confirmation, preference, or unsubscribe links to browser analytics. Privacy-minimal, aggregate business outcomes may be recorded on the server without linking them to a visitor's browsing identity.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe or change newsletter preferences from any marketing email. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, please use our contact form. We do not sell personal information or add unconfirmed addresses to marketing audiences.
